What it is

A customer-facing designer a shop adds to its own website, plus a settings screen. It helps customers describe the hat they want. The shop is responsible for its prices, proofs, production and customer service.

Artwork and rights

Shops are responsible for having the right to use logos customers send them. Customers should only upload artwork they have the right to use.

Previews and prices

The preview is an approximation. Hat photos are supplier product photos and colors can vary on screen. The shop's proof is final. Prices come from the settings the shop chooses.

No warranty

The builder is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will be error free. To the extent the law allows, Hobbs Peak Designs LLC is not liable for lost sales, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the builder in the three months before the issue.

Ending use

You can stop using the builder at any time by removing it from your site. We may stop service to anyone who misuses it.

Governing law

Georgia law applies.
