The Hat Builder is made by Hobbs Peak Designs LLC, Temple, Georgia. Contact: info@hobbspeak.com.

What the builder collects

When a customer sends a quote or order, the builder sends their name, email, optional phone and company, notes, the logo file, the mockup images and the design choices to the shop's own quote address. We do not receive or store that information. Each shop is responsible for how it uses it.

What stays in the browser

The logo a customer uploads is processed in their browser to draw the preview. It leaves the browser only when they send an order. The settings screen saves a shop's choices in that browser's local storage and in the file the shop downloads.

Third parties

The builder loads fonts from Google Fonts and hat photos from our image host. Those services can see a visitor's IP address as part of normal web requests. The builder has no advertising trackers.

Your choices

Customers can ask the shop to delete their order information. Shops can clear saved settings with the Start over button.

Children

This is a business tool and is not directed at children.
