Common fixes
Quotes are not arriving
Check the quote address in settings. If it is empty, customers see a summary to send you instead. Test with a real order from a second browser.
The logo looks rough on the leather
Try the Detail slider, tick "light on a dark background" if the artwork is white, and use a larger PNG or an SVG. A logo with thin lines or tiny text will not engrave well.
The logo is hard to see on black leatherette
Black leatherette engraves to a dark brown, so dark artwork has low contrast. The builder flags this. Natural, saddle or chestnut leather shows detail better.
A hat color I need is missing
The builder shows the colors the supplier photographs. Tell us the style and color and we will add it.
My settings did not appear on my site
Download the builder again after changing settings and upload the new file. The file has your settings built in.
